The reservation will be held for you with a credit card. If paying by credit card, check or money order, payment will be due in full (90) days in advance of the reservation. The renter will be charged for the stay by credit card automatically at the 90 day period, or the reservation will be dropped if declined. Rally payment for reservations are due in full by May 1. Rates vary between properties.

The damage deposit, as well as rent, can be paid for by: Check, Money Order, Visa, or MasterCard. This may be $250.00 to $1000.00

The damage deposit is held until the cabin has been cleaned and inspected. This can be held up to 2 weeks after your stay. If this deposit was paid by check, it would be returned if there was nothing to subtract for. If held with a credit card number, nothing would be ran through on the card unless damages are found.

If there are items that we need to charge for which include but are not restricted to: excessive cleaning, excessive garbage, damaged carpets - towels - sheets, damaged appliances, heat turned up, missing items, etc... then there would be a letter sent to you with an itemized list of deductions with the remainder of the deposit.

There are absolutely no monetary refunds for cancellations. If for some reason you would have to cancel, you may choose another date within the year to rebook. This reservation will depend on availability.

Tax and Service Charges

The rental: (off season, regular rate, Holiday rate, special events, Sturgis Bike Rally), is subject to a 5% sales tax. There will also be a 3% processing fee for all payments.

Other Policies

The extra person charge over the maximum for the cabin is $35.00 per person per day. Rally week is subject to a $100.00 per person charge per day. All rates are based on maximum occupancy.

There is a two (2) night minimum stay, three (3) night minimum over Holidays and Special Events.

There is no smoking in the cabin. Smoking is allowed outside only if care is taken to dispose all trash in the proper place and not on the property grounds. If this is not done, you may be charged for clean-up. If there has been smoking in the home, you will be charged for professional cleaning.

There are no pets allowed in the cabin.

Seasonal and Non-Seasonal - Holidays - Special Events - Rally Week:

• Holidays: Martin Luther King Holiday, Presidents Day, 4^th of July, Thanksgiving,
• Christmas and New Years (December 20 to January 4) (3 night min.)
• Seasonal: All days surrounding Holidays, exempt is the Sturgis Rally week.
• Rally Week: Please inquire for availability and rental date structure. 

Amenities: The cabin is equipped to provide enough towels, bedding, kitchen supplies, etc... for the maximum occupancy of the cabin. If you feel more is needed, you must bring your own. You need to provide a phone if needed and/or vcr movies (some are provided).
